    The Kato N Scale SDP40F Amtrak Starter Set is a great way to get started in modeling Amtrak trains. Pulled by an EMD SDP40F type I diesel decorated in the Phase I red-nose paint scheme, a train of three Amfleet coaches and a cafe car make their way around an oval of Unitrack roadbed-style track. The set includes an oval of track with 12-3/8" radius curves, a grade crossing-rerailer section, power pack and instructions. Durable Unitrack features Code 80 nickel silver rail, realistic molded roadbed for setup on any surface, sturdy rail joiners (Unijoiners) which provide secure connections and electrical continuity.
